Orders less than $8.00 qualify for special $1.00 shipping.

For domestic orders totaling $8.01 to $75.00, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. 

Stickers are shipped First-Class through USPS and do not have a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us right away at info@uptownhippie.com.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our shipping policy will be reflected on our website.

Uptown Hippie wants you to be stoked with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we will accept returns or exchanges on any item that is new (not worn, washed or altered) within 10 days of delivery except for items marked “Final Sale.” 

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The item must be returned with the packing slip in its original packaging.

Any item received as a gift may be exchanged or returned for an Uptown Hippie store credit.

To Begin Your Return

Email info@uptownhippie.com with “Return Request: Order # xxxxxx” in the subject line. Please wait until you’ve received a confirmation email from us with return instructions prior to sending the package. Any return without authorization from Uptown Hippie will not be accepted.

To Begin Your Exchange

Email info@uptownhippie.com with “Exchange Request: Order # xxxxxx” in the subject line. Please wait until you’ve received a confirmation email from us with exchange instructions prior to sending the package. Any exchange without authorization from Uptown Hippie will not be accepted.

Once Uptown Hippie receives the package, please allow 3-5 business days to have the return/exchange processed. If the refund hasn’t posted to the original form of payment after two weeks, please contact us at info@uptownhippie.com.
